I love this fan, because it allows you to have regular ventilation, humidity sensing ventilation, but a regular light and a night light.It moves 110 CFM and the sound level is 0.9 sones.It allows the user to set the sensitivity, as well as a timer for how long the fan runs once it reaches a certain humidity level.Great job Broan.
