(More customer reviews)I've had this installed now for a few months.I can't attest to the ease of installation as I had it professionally installed.The features are great, though.I've also called customer service who was very helpful, as well, since the light faded when I pressed the remote twice.Turns out the manual in the box doens't mention what the manual for the remote mentions (not included) - two presses is a mode where the light fades gradually giving you time to leave a room.Anyway, I love the style which was important as it's the firs thing you see when you come in my house.I preferred to spend a bit more for a quality fan with such a main place in my house.Extremely quiet, works well.There's nothing bad I can say about it.
